The Oyster Society is dedicated to being a leading Oyster Bar in the country. Our program is dedicated to providing our guests with the highest quality of shellfish available on a daily basis. West Coast oysters are selected from harvesters in California, Washington and British Columbia. East Coast oysters are premium sections of harvesters we do not carry any oysters raised in the Gulf waters or Florida. East Coast include all States up to Prince Edward Island Canada. We offer daily selections of 8 to 14 varieties.
Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, he honed his chops at Cypress Lake Center for the Arts, Edison State College (now Florida Southwestern), Florida International University. He’s performed at hundreds of venues in Southwest Florida - from Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, to Naples and Marco Island - as well as New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and cruise ships in Europe.
Yaselsax, Saxofonist Soloist player, professor and Instrument repair technician specializing in woodwinds instruments has been remarked for his multiple collaboration with artists from around the world. Born in Camagüey, Cuba in a very musical environment his talent was noticed at a very early age. He started his professional career when he was 23 years old after graduating as a professional Saxophone soloist.
