Adamo Serravalle is a restaurateur, wine director and a writer. Born and raised in south Italy, he came to New York at the age 19 to work for his uncle, who owned famous Italian restaurant in Manhattan. After moving to Florida and graduating Hodges University top of his class, Adamo became general manager and a partner of Davinci’s restaurant in 2006. Adamo has a genuine love for the food & beverage industry and its fueled by his passion for wine. Adamo is an author of the Wine Spectacular awarded wine lists and a regular contributor to the Food and Wine column at Sun Times newspaper.
